Common questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before our afternoon cut-off are packed and handed to the courier the same day, and most parcels arrive within a few working days. You will get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.
What if the size or colour is not right?
Send it back unused and in its original packaging within our returns window and we will refund you to the payment method you used. Just message us first so we can share the return address.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Payments run through an encrypted gateway, so your card details never sit with us. You can pay by card, netbanking, UPI or wallet.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within a couple of days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay return shipping on a damaged item.
